What does my monthly rental rate cover and do I have to pay additionally for filter changes and maintenance?
Your monthly rate covers quarterly cleaning and sanitizing of each installed unit and both of its filter housings. Also included in your monthly rate is twice-yearly filter replacement. If the cooler needs service, for whatever reason (excluding misuse), we'll handle that as well. back to top How do I really know that the water is better? That's the beauty of filtering your water on location. By knowing that all of your drinking water has passed through our 2-stage carbon filters you can be assured that no contaminants have come in contact with your water. back to top Why would you want to use 2 filters? Wouldn't one be enough? Now we're giving away our secrets!! By using a pre-filter that filters out sediment, rust and other larger particulates we can use a very fine solid carbon block for the secondary filter and that's what gives the water it's great taste. back to top What sort of obligation do I have when I agree to your program?
